Terms & Conditions — kkdd Online Gaming Platform

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the kkdd website accessible at https://kkdd.bar, together with all associated software, services, features, content, and interfaces made available through that domain.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" means any individual who accesses the Platform, whether registered or not, and specifically any person who holds an Account and participates in any game or betting market offered on the Platform.
• "kkdd" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" means the operator of the kkdd platform and all its affiliated entities responsible for the provision of gaming and betting services described herein.
• "Funds" means real-money balances held in a Player's Account, comprising both deposited funds and any bonus funds awarded under a promotion.
• "Bonus Funds" means any credit awarded to a Player under a promotional offer, which is subject to separate bonus terms and wagering requirements before it may be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified in the applicable promotion) must be staked before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region in which the offering or use of online gambling services is prohibited, restricted, or requires a specific licence not held by kkdd.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which all Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers are denominated on the Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By completing the registration process, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the Platform, you unconditionally agree to these Terms & Conditions, together with the kkdd Privacy Policy and any additional promotion-specific terms published on the Platform from time to time. These documents collectively form the entire legal agreement between you and kkdd.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms & Conditions. In the absence of such authority, you are personally liable for all obligations arising from your use of the Platform.

kkdd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account. Continued use of the Platform following notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Eligibility

Access to and use of the kkdd Platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. kkdd strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and conducts identity verification at registration and at the point of withdrawal. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all Funds forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, representative, or trustee of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, a Restricted Jurisdiction at the time you access the Platform or place any wager.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of an employee of kkdd or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processing partners.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on the kkdd Platform or any affiliated platform operated by kkdd. If you have previously self-excluded, you must not attempt to open a new Account to circumvent that exclusion.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

kkdd reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photographic identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.

4. Account Registration & Verification

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Funds therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. You undertake to promptly update this information should it change after registration. kkdd accepts no responsibility for losses arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the Player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. kkdd will never request your password through any communication channel. Any activity conducted under your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility unless you have promptly notified kkdd of unauthorised access.

kkdd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process consistent with industry standards. You may be required to submit copies of identity documents (national ID card, passport, or driving licence), utility bills or bank statements for proof of address (dated within 90 days), and documentation confirming ownership of payment methods used. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete to kkdd's satisfaction.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency

All Account balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on the kkdd Platform are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). No foreign currency conversion is performed on the Platform.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed instantly under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank may take between 15 minutes and 24 hours to credit, depending on the sending institution's processing times. kkdd does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification as described in Section 4. Funds will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Processing times are: mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) — typically within 30 minutes; bank transfers — 15 minutes to 24 hours. kkdd reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

Pending Wagers: Funds that form part of an active, unsettled wager are not available for withdrawal until the wager is settled. Players may not withdraw funds that are subject to an active Wagering Requirement attached to Bonus Funds.

kkdd reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return funds to the Player's Account balance if the Player has not satisfied all applicable verification requirements or if a security review is ongoing. In such cases, kkdd will communicate the reason for the reversal via the Player's registered email address.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

kkdd offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer on the Platform, which supplement and form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms prevail in respect of that promotion.

General bonus conditions applicable to all kkdd promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms include:

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must satisfy the applicable Wagering Requirement before any associated winnings may be transferred to the withdrawable real-money balance.
• Bonus Funds may only be used to place wagers on games and markets specified in the relevant promotion terms. Certain game categories — including but not limited to live casino tables and specific jackpot games — may be excluded from bonus wagering.
• Bonus offers are intended for personal recreational use only. Any systematic, professional, or coordinated exploitation of bonuses — including matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or use of automated software — is prohibited and constitutes bonus abuse.
• kkdd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect the Wagering Requirement applicable to Bonus Funds already credited to a Player's Account.
• Players found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their Bonus Funds and any associated winnings forfeited, and their Account may be suspended.

7. Betting Rules

All sports betting markets on the kkdd Platform — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are governed by the specific market rules published on the Platform for each sport and event type. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

General betting rules that apply across all sports markets on kkdd include:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. kkdd does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse bets after they have been placed and accepted, except where a manifest technical error has demonstrably occurred.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. kkdd reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, including during play, due to technical constraints, data feed interruptions, or risk management requirements.
• Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is accepted. The odds confirmed at the time of acceptance are the final odds applicable to that wager, regardless of any subsequent price movement.
• In the event that an event is postponed, abandoned, or void, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published on the Platform. Where no specific rule applies, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• kkdd reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error, human error in price setting, or data feed malfunction. Players will be notified promptly if a bet is voided on this basis.
• Maximum win limits per bet and per event apply and are published in the Platform's betting rules section. kkdd reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted from any individual Player on any market.

8. Casino Games

Casino games available on the kkdd Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, video poker, instant-win games, and table games — are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own individual rules, which are accessible within the game interface.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kkdd Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of all Funds, and legal action where appropriate:

• Opening or operating more than one Account simultaneously or in succession.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21 or while subject to a self-exclusion order.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the Platform software for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be forfeited.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or perform any function on the Platform that would otherwise require manual user input.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity intended to conceal the origin of funds deposited on the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive source code from any component of the Platform.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or offensive behaviour toward kkdd staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Systematically exploiting bonuses, free bets, or promotions in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play, as determined solely by kkdd.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the kkdd Platform — including but not limited to the kkdd name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, betting market data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of kkdd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their own personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. No other rights are granted. Players may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly display, or create derivative works of any Platform content without the prior written consent of kkdd.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

kkdd collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference and is available at kkdd.bar/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

kkdd employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions between the Platform and the Player's device. Payment credentials are not stored on kkdd servers; all financial transaction data is processed by certified payment service providers operating their own secure infrastructure.

12. Responsible Gaming

kkdd is committed to providing a safe gaming environment for all Players. The Platform offers a range of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from within the Account dashboard, including:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits that Players may set to control their spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before becoming active.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts that notify the Player when a specified duration of continuous play has elapsed.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account suspensions ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks, during which the Player may not log in, deposit, or place wagers.

13. Limitation of Liability

kkdd's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your Account in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. kkdd does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may result in temporary service interruptions. kkdd will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

14. Amendments to These Terms

kkdd reserves the right to amend, update, supplement, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. The revised Terms & Conditions will be published on the Platform with an updated effective date. Where amendments are material — for example, changes that affect Players' rights with respect to withdrawal of real-money funds — kkdd will provide at least 14 days' notice via email to the address registered on your Account prior to the amendments taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account and withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance prior to the amendment's effective date.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Players in Bangladesh acknowledge that online gambling is subject to local laws and regulations and are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction.

kkdd makes no representation that the services offered on the Platform are legal or available in all jurisdictions. Access to the Platform from Restricted Jurisdictions is prohibited. It is the Player's responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction before doing so.

If a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through direct correspondence with the support team, you may escalate the matter to kkdd's designated dispute resolution process, details of which will be provided upon request. kkdd will not charge any fee to a Player for submitting a complaint or escalating a dispute through the designated process.
